Job Description:
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat
- Onboard new tenants and keep up with the monthly targets
- Respond, research, and resolve inquiries made by tenants and landlords in a professional manner
- Train landlords on how to use our technology to respond to bookings
- Provide customers with detailed information to promote future bookings
- Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
- Update feedback on CRM
Qualifications
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- At least 1 - 3 years' of relevant work experience
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
