Job Description:

  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Onboard new tenants and keep up with the monthly targets
  • Respond, research, and resolve inquiries made by tenants and landlords in a professional manner
  • Train landlords on how to use our technology to respond to bookings
  • Provide customers with detailed information to promote future bookings
  • Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
  • Update feedback on CRM


  • Fluent in English and Arabic 
  • At least 1 - 3 years' of relevant work experience
  • Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
