The ideal candidate will expand the company's brand presence by finding the target audience to distribute marketing content. - Build campaigns starting with strategy, ideation, execution, and measuring performance.
- Explore new channels for experimentation, optimization, and acquisition growth to scale the customer base
- Structure ongoing tests to measure the impact and effectiveness of the creative, audience segmentation, and channel.
- Create social media strategy to help shape the brand
- Ad creation and copywriting
- Budget, structure, and optimize media campaigns
- Track & analyze conversion & attribution
- Collaborate with the management team to brainstorm and test new growth strategies
- 4+ years of experience in relevant acquisition marketing experience, preferably growing a significant customer base leveraging experimentation
- Experience with retargeting / ads optimization
- Experience owning marketing channels with strict CAC and ROAS goals
- A background of leveraging complex data sets to understand market trends, campaign performance, measurement, and opportunities for growth
- Execution oriented mindset - with the humility and drive to get it done
- Must be able to work independently
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
